About Me
Hard to believe I have been working with computers for over 15 years! I started with an Apple IIe back in the 80s and I have managed to work my way up through the years and now use a Macbook Pro for both work and play. Over the years I have earned my MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCDBA, CCSA, and have recently completed my CISSP certification. I am also in my final year completing a degree program at Harvard University and spend working hours as a network and security administrator for the U.S. Department of Transportation.
This blog was created with the purpose of giving me the opportunity to share my experience and to also discuss the latest in technology. I have always believed that information should be free and shared with anyone who cares to learn and this blog is just one of the ways I try to satisfy that goal. There are many technology blogs on the net but on this blog you won’t find any copied press releases, no lame reviews that waste your time with no real information on the product, just factual hands-on real world reviews and commentary that is both relevant and engaging.
