One thing that has been driving me nuts lately is keeping track of all the interesting tools, tips, and tricks/hacks I keep finding for my Macbook Pro. So I finally decided to start tracking these on my blog so others can benefit from my efforts.

Keyboard Shortcuts
This is a big one, and something I spent tons of hours trying to compile. Apple has several pages dedicated to this topic but none of them are a complete listing. So I decided to try my luck at making my own!

How-To’s
Ever wonder what the extra folders on .Mac do? How about the /etc directory…what’s that do? Most of these short how to’s are things I discover on my own and figure I had better write it down before I forget how I managed to make it work.

Essential Tools
Here is my list of tools for my Macbook Pro (and sometimes my Mac Mini) that I feel everyone should have. Most are free stuff, and the rest are commercial software I feel is worth the money.
